You can upload a high-quality image for printing. It's important to avoid placing important features such as faces, near the edges, as approximately 1cm of the photo may be lost during the transfer process.
Image Quality: The photo is transferred onto the slate using a process that may result in very minor variations in colour and quality. If you desire a black and white finish, you must upload your image in black and white. Note that older photos may have lower pixel quality and should be avoided where possible.

Personalised Items
Personalised products are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:-

Non-Personalised Items
Non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, if unused and in original condition.
Customer Responsibility – Custom Text & Spelling
We produce your item exactly as specified. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all personalised details (names, dates, messages) are accurate.
Before submitting your order, please:

Refunds will not be issued for spelling or information errors unless the mistake was made by Infinity Creations.
