A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Customer Warranties

  • You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
  • The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
  • You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.

Placement of an Order

When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel an order within 2 days and will be refunded to the original payment method.

Acceptance of an Order

You will receive an order confirmation sent to your email containing order details.

Delivery

Infinity Creations assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or delays beyond our control. Claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after estimated delivery. Wrong or unclaimed addresses may incur reshipment costs.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days if products are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty due to our error. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Damaged & Mislabelled Items

If an item is damaged or mislabelled, provide proof and photos within 2 days. Replacement will be offered if the error is on our part.

Liability

We make no warranties regarding website accuracy. Your rights are protected under applicable laws.

Severance

If any term is found unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting remaining provisions.
