At Infinity Creations, we take great care in creating personalised gifts and custom items that are made uniquely for you. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

• Personalised Items
  Due to the custom nature of our products, personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty. We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect spelling or information provided by the customer

• Non-Personalised Items
  Standard items (non-custom) may be eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

📝 Customer Responsibility – Custom Text & Spelling

We create your items exactly as the information is provided during ordering. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all names, dates, and messages are spelled correctly.

Before submitting your order, please:

• ✅ Triple-check your spelling, punctuation, and details

• ✅ Ensure all customisation requests are clear and accurate

Refunds will not be issued for spelling mistakes or incorrect information unless the error was made by Infinity Creations.

💬 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The damaged product

• The packaging

• Your order confirmation

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
